OwnerRepAI didn't start with a business plan. It started with a problem I lived on both sides of the table for 28 years — and a decision that I was going to fix it.

I spent the first half of my career inside the GC machine — Turner, Suffolk, Americaribe, KAST, Moss. I learned exactly how projects are built, how information flows, and how the narrative that reaches the owner gets constructed long before it reaches the owner.

Then I crossed to the owner's side. And I watched developers — smart, experienced, well-resourced — get blindsided by information that had been sitting in the data for weeks. Not because anyone hid it. Because no one was watching for it.

That gap is structural. The GC staffs to the size of the job. The owner's side stays thin regardless of how big the project gets. OwnerRepAI exists to close that gap — with agentic AI that watches every job continuously, and field judgment that knows what it's looking at.
